Privacy
Share only what is useful for an initial room discussion. Please avoid sensitive information, identity documents or an exact home address in your first message.
The short version
This website does not ask for your name, email, telephone number or address. It does not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or a chat widget. Answers you choose in the optional questions stay in your browser tab and disappear when you close or reload it.
Choosing to open WhatsApp takes you to an external service operated by WhatsApp LLC / Meta, with a draft message in the link. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp yourself. WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to its service. Sending shares your message, WhatsApp contact information and any attachments with the recipient.
Opening WhatsApp prepares a draft; you decide whether to send it.
CostaRefit is managed by LIT Electricians SL.
Your enquiry
The optional questions help you prepare a kitchen or bathroom enquiry. This website does not receive the message or upload photographs. You choose what to share with the recipient in WhatsApp.
Hosting and server logs
Like any website, the hosting provider may record technical request data such as IP address and the page requested. The website itself does not add your answers to page addresses, so they do not appear in those logs.
Links to photo sources, licences and other group businesses open their own websites, which have their own privacy policies.
