Where we work, and how villas and apartments differ

Planning a kitchen or bathroom on the western Costa del Sol? Tell us the town and property type so coverage and access can be discussed for your enquiry.

If your town isn't listed, ask anyway. If it's outside what we can do, we'll say so.

Villas

A villa often means more than one room

  • Several rooms

A kitchen and two bathrooms can be discussed together in one conversation, so interfaces and sequencing are seen as a whole.

  • Larger worktops and access

Long or heavy worktops need a clear route: gates, drives, steps and doorways.

  • Existing finishes

Floors and walls you want to keep need protecting, and new work needs to meet them neatly.

  • Other works

Flooring, glazing, pool or terrace work can affect the order things happen in.

  • Water and power

Supplies, waste routes and circuits are checked for each room, with qualified trades where needed.

  • Living there meanwhile

Which parts of the home stay usable, and how they are protected.

A coordinated discussion can identify interfaces and a likely sequence. Fixed dates come after survey and scope, not before.

Apartments, including Benalmádena

Compact rooms deserve the same care

An apartment kitchen or shower room can be beautifully done. The practical questions are just different, and they depend on the building.
Compact layouts
Every drawer and corner counts. Your measurements decide what fits, not the picture.
Lifts and stairs
Lift size and stair turns limit the length of worktops, trays and panels.
Deliveries and waste
Where a van can stop, and how old units and rubble leave the building.
Community rules
Working hours, notice periods and common-area protection set by the community or building manager.
Occupied homes
Living in the apartment during work, or arranging access while you are away.
Owner and manager
Who approves what, if a property manager or administrator is involved.

These are things to check for the actual property, not universal local rules.

Property managers

One apartment, several, or not sure yet

If you look after more than one property, say so. It starts a conversation about scope. It does not imply any contract for a building or development.
Which room?
How many apartments? (optional)

The next step

Tell us the room, the area and what you want to change.

Start by sharing your room, broad area and what you want to change. Photos and rough measurements help establish what needs discussing; a photograph alone is not a quotation.

Or answer a few optional questions first
